Job description
In tandem with the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the administration of Human Resources policies, and programmes, as well as administrating the day-to-day schedule of the company. Your responsibilities will include the full life circle of recruitment, training, internal/external communications, obtaining employees’ availability, creating and preparing weekly schedules, communicating schedules to employees and relevant departments, filling open shifts, and placing/taking after-hours calls related to scheduling, amongst other duties
What you’ll do:
- Manage employees’ working schedules.
- Scheduling and system utilisation.
- Regular performance measurement reporting.
- Ensure that the flow of information between internal departments and employees is accurate and timely.
- Complete ad hoc projects and other operational activities as assigned.
- Be responsible for the full-life circle of recruitment for Non-EU and EU candidates, including but not limited to job adverts, screenings, and issuing job offers.
- Main user and administrator for eCabs HR systems.
- Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices, and procedures to maintain internal controls.
- Ensure that tasks, assignments, and other assigned duties are kept confidential.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively, and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical abilities, and able to multitask.
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptable to constant changes, and possessing attention to detail.
- A positive, resilient, and focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBe self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, confident, and able to engage positively with co-workers, and work well in a team environment.
- Experience in the preparation of weekly rosters and scheduling would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
- Previous transport-related experience is preferable but not essential.
